Mahabhog Foods delivers authentic, fresh, and healthy homestyle Indian meals directly to your doorstep. Our motto is "Ghar Jaisa Swad, Har Roz" (Taste of Home, Every Day). We cook daily with fresh ingredients and follow strict hygienic guidelines to bring you delicious, clean food.

Mahabhog Foods is a proud subsidiary of our parent technology firm Technoengine and is operated in partnership with our sister company Qryx which manages operations and ground logistics.
Scheduled Meals

Tiffin Services

Our Tiffin service provides delicious homestyle meals prepared daily. You can configure subscriptions on our website for individual days (Today or Tomorrow). To ensure that menus do not get mixed up, your shopping cart is automatically cleared whenever you switch the target Day or Category (e.g., switching from Lunch to Dinner).
On-Demand Food

Instant Food Orders

Tiffin Services are scheduled homestyle meals delivered during dedicated lunch and dinner slots. Instant Orders allow you to browse our full menu and place an order for immediate preparation and delivery within our regular business hours (8 AM to 10 PM).
How to Order

Ordering Process

1. Register or Log in to your Mahabhog Foods account.
2. Visit the Instant Order or Tiffin pages.
3. Select your items and adjust quantities. You can click on any tiffin item to see a detailed modal view with full description, images, taxes, and prices.
4. Click checkout, configure your delivery address, select a payment method, and confirm your order.
Zones & Rates

Delivery Areas & Timings

We currently deliver in designated zones across Delhi. Standard delivery charges apply based on the delivery area. However, if your cart subtotal is greater than or equal to the minimum order value configured for your zone, your delivery charge is completely waived (Free Delivery)!
Meal Scheduling

Subscription Plans

You can schedule meals on our Tiffin page. Meals can be ordered for "Today" or "Tomorrow". Ensure you place your order before the cutoff time (which is exactly 3 hours prior to the start of the delivery slot) so our kitchen has ample time to cook and deliver it fresh.
Calculations

Pricing & Taxes

Item prices are shown exclusive of taxes. The final checkout calculations include:
- Menu Item Tax: GST calculated dynamically per item.
- Platform Fee: A small platform service fee of ₹10 per order.
- Service Charge: A service charge of ₹5.
- Tax on Platform & Service: GST applied to platform fees and service charges.
- Delivery Fee: If applicable, or waived if minimum zone order value is met.
Billing Options

Payments & Wallet

Our Wallet Policy specifies that:
1. Active wallet balances are non-refundable and cannot be transferred back to bank accounts or other users.
2. If your account is permanently closed, the remaining real cash balance may be refunded to your registered bank account after deducting any promotional cashbacks, referral bonuses, or non-cash reward credits.
Cancellations

Refunds & Cancellation

- Instant Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as dispatched. - Tiffin Orders must be cancelled at least 3 hours prior to the delivery slot starting. - Approved cancellations result in an instant refund credited directly to your Mahabhog Wallet. Online payment gateway refunds to cards/UPI take 5-7 business days.
Invites & Cashback

Referral & Cashback

Share your unique referral code (found on My Profile) with friends. When they register using your code and place their first order, both of you will receive promotional cashback rewards credited to your wallets!

Account & Registration

Visit our Registration page. Input your details, referral code (if any), and complete the secure image-based CAPTCHA. Once submitted, verify your account details. You can log in securely using your credentials.

Active coupons and special promo offers are displayed on the home page banners or directly at checkout during payments and wallet recharges. Simply apply the coupon to get instant cashbacks or discount benefits!
