1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mahabhog Foods website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Order & Delivery Policy

• Orders must be placed at least 3 hours in advance
• Delivery is subject to availability in your area
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on traffic and weather
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time
• Cancellations made within the cancellation window will receive a full refund
• Online payments will be refunded instantly in the Mahabhog wallet.
• Wallet payments are refunded instantly to your Mahabhog Wallet
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in the "Preparing" or later stages

4. Wallet Policy

• Wallet balances are non-refundable and cannot be transferred directly to a bank account under normal circumstances.
• If a user's account is permanently closed, the remaining wallet balance may be refunded to the registered bank account after deducting any cashback, referral bonuses, promotional credits, rewards, or other non-cash benefits credited to the wallet.
• Only the eligible refundable amount, if any, will be processed after thorough verification and applicable deductions.
• Wallet top-ups are processed securely through certified payment gateways and are subject to validation limits.

5. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Mahabhog Foods is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
